The hotel will provide all employees with the relevant manuals and ensure that they handle the information in a responsible manner. We will conclude a confidentiality agreement with subcontractors and take necessary safety measures.

We will comply with the Japanese laws and regulations and other standards related to the handling of your personal information.

Suspension of use or correction by the customer

If we receive a request for disclosure of your personal information, we will promptly disclose it. If we are unable to disclose the information, we will fully explain the reason. If we receive a request from a customer to cease use of personal information, we will respond promptly upon completion of the debt or claim and within the scope of laws and regulations.
